Through movement, breath, ritual, and self-inquiry, you’ll move beyond limitation and into embodied magic

  • Initial Discovery Session (75 minutes)
    A deep dive into your current emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual state. Clarify your goals and the challenges you face. Explore what transformation means to you and set the intention for your journey.
  • Defining Your Path (Session 2 - 60 minutes)
    Introduction to the Four Doors of Transformation: resilience, embodiment, inner connection, and alignment. Identify your personal cycles and patterns. Develop a personalized map based on your current transformation cycle: growth, healing, rest, or renewal.
  • Door 1: Yoga – Resilience (Session 3 - 60 minutes)
