About Danielle

Transformation is a universal, cyclical process, much like the seasons, moon phases, and the rhythms of life itself. I believe in the power of aligned living, and I know that transformation and living in total alignment are achievable when you take the time to unlock your inner power and discover your truth. My personal journey through life has offered me many opportunities to experience these cycles firsthand, and it has been through these transformations that I’ve discovered the tools I now teach. By blending my experiential knowledge with the study of theology, mysticism, and science, I’ve not only found profound personal healing but also created a method to guide others on their own paths of transformation.

With over a decade of experience as a yoga practitioner, teacher, and scholar, my philosophy is simple: All Life is Yoga. The practice and teachings are powerful tools for living an inspired, present life in every moment. My studies within the Jivamukti Yoga lineage and with longtime teacher Nicki Doane, as well as my Master's degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University, have shaped my unique and innovative method of transformative growth. I’ve taught yoga in various settings, including yoga teacher trainings, universities, and corporate or VIP environments. I also integrate the wisdom gained from my travels to power spots around the world, extensive time spent in India, and a lifetime of auspicious encounters with many inspired spiritual teachers from across the globe.

A deep love for dance, music, and movement, paired with a personal need for an embodiment practice that combines strength, dance, and spirituality, led me to create Sacred Sweat. This intentional workout class is designed to purify, energize, and transform stuck energy into magic, offering a space where movement becomes a prayer and sweat becomes a tool for transformation.

In my teaching, I strive to make yoga history and philosophy accessible to all kinds of people, offering a modern, relatable context that opens minds and hearts to new levels of self-awareness, connection to the world, and deepened practice.
